MAMOSS Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16372778). Registered address: Unit C, 279 Bethnal Green Road, London E2 6AH.
2. Services
MAMOSS provides plumbing, gas, heating, electrical, and drainage services for residential and commercial properties across London. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. All electrical work complies with BS 7671 18th Edition regulations.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are free and without obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection. Any additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.
4. Guarantees and Warranties
All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on parts and appliances are in addition to our workmanship guarantee. Guarantees are void if the installation is tampered with by unauthorised persons.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cash. For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed in advance.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a call-out fee. Emergency call-outs are non-cancellable once an engineer has been dispatched.
7. Liability and Insurance
MAMOSS holds public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000. We are liable for any damage caused directly by our work, subject to the terms of our insurance policy. We are not liable for pre-existing issues, wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties.
8. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately at info@mamoss.co.uk or call 07377 788881. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
